Possibly Plagiocephaly.

Edit to add: My daughter had plagiocephaly due to torticollis in her neck. She wore a DOCband to correct head asymmetry. But because she did have it she has some minor asymmetry in her face. Only way you really see it is if you look up her nose, since her septum is crooked inside her nose. Luckily her face looks normal. But she does have some dental issues due to a crossbite, also caused by the plagiocephaly.

Usually just genetics, a crap shoot.

Every single person is asymmetrical, just some more noticeably than others.

But Abraham Lincoln did have some sickness that supposedly was causing his face to become asymmetrical.

Even notice with Brad Pitt and David Beckham notice there's asymmetry there which is why when they have face pic made of two right/left sides you can see how the faces are narrower/wider.

Whichever side you tend to sleep on will end up more squished, that's why the most aesthetic individuals are back sleepers

Probably genetics. Saw a photo of one of my ancestors from the 1800s and he looked like the hunchback of notre dame. I’m pretty symmetrical but my right eyebrow sags just a little lower than my left, so it must’ve been passed down.

Once knew a guy whose right nostril was like 3 times the size of his left nostril. Imagine having an asymmetrical nose. Poor bastard.

Genetics. No one is 100% symmetrical

Also, poor spinal alignment/posture can play a role

Some people have their eyes different level, and it adds to their attractiveness. Asymmetry doesn't always make someone unattractive,

This comparison is comical that guy on the right looks like an ogre compared to the original brad pitt, this is some thing created by some incels with inferiority complex who think you gotta look like the Incredible hulk to be handsome.

chicks love the feminine (but not too feminine) look on guys.

If you look too manly you gonna be perceived as too dumb and agressive (too "caveman" if you know what i mean)

Look to all the "sex symbols" you know. Every single one of them have a feminine look.

Spoiler!

Not to mention others like Harry Styles, Zayn Malik, Bieber, Sebastian Bach, Kurt Cobain, Tom Cruise ... even Chris Hemsworth ...

The real key IMO is juxtaposition between feminine and masculine features. Pitt is a good example -- he has some hypermasculine af features but some more feminine features as well, and they play against each other

Internet incels think 100% hypermasculine is the way to go because that embodies the characteristics they idealize

Wow, miscer analyzing the crap outta dudes faces and some claiming the dudes have a "problem" with their faces.

Skulls and skeletons develop over time. Cartilage gets replaced by bone. Any of you *******s play sports? Anyone taken a punch or blow to the head or nose? Anyone been trucked while playing hockey or football? No? My nose is slightly off axis to the left due to an inadvertent elbow to the nose.

Consistent repetition can also cause chit like that. Sleeping on one side of your face every day or leaning against something... Too many factors. Why are babies so cute? They've got symmetrical even structures. Have you ever seen people or kids with flat spots on the back of their heads? This is due to the baby sleeping on the back of it's head on the same spot over and over.

yup they call it the perfect blend of soft and masculine features.

If the man looks to masculine he is unattractive, the majority of females do not like a man who looks too masculine it looks like a monster almost when the brow is too forward and the jaw to square and wide.

I have this, doesn't add to the attractiveness at all, lmao. Let's not kid ourselves.

I consider myself decent looking. However, if my eyes and nose were fully symmetrical, I'd be way more attractive. Good thinf I got a good body I guess

Your whole body is connected through a deep tissue called fascia, so an asymmetri starting one place can affect another asymmetri another place.

That being said; uneven bite pressure is a common cause for facial asymmetri I'd say. It compresses more one side of the face, slightly tilting jaw, nose and eye height, in addition to making one side stronger. Which results in a canted maxilla. This asymmetri can go further down the body too, like a domino effect.

Mouth breathing in early age can cause this. So can sleeping position (laying on one side more than other). Another huge part is orthodontic work, if you've pulled teeth, you are very likely to have asymmetri.
