Someone on Bubba's team saw the apparent "noose" and told them about it. NASCAR and Bubba used it as a political move to ban the confederate flag and promote black lives matter.

Everyone knew it wasn't a noose, but the pull down of a garage door which has always been there. Bubba ran with it. ESPN ran with it.

If you don't see that this was a manufactured event, you're an idiot. Bubba never even saw it but acted like he was deeply hurt, had everyone push his car down the track in solidarity for BLM, and cried on his car for virtue.

As disgusting as it gets.

This. It was a fukking loop to shorten the rope. A lot of garages have them. For fux sake I have one in my garage as well. It wasn't a noose as in a lynching noose.


Bubba saw an opportunity to race bait and get some exposure and attention. And it backfired. And after its all said and done instead of apologizing and admitting it was a massive over-reaction and outright lie. He didn't. He deserves the blow-back.



Funny thing is. Nascar fans are typically really patriotic people. I doubt if even 1% of their following are the far left/SJW types. I'm not going to say he committed career suicide but I certainly don't see his career and his following flourishing after this. As far as Nascar execs trying to pander, again, stupid AF.

Not quite the same, but I really wonder if they didn't tie it themselves for attention. No evidence of forced entry and they were the only one's with access to the garage for several months. There isn't evidence either way. I think if someone wanted to make a threat they would have gotten real rope and made a real one and hung it in the middle of the place to be sure they saw it and got it. Just doesn't make sense.

This a lie. It's not "a random noose". 3 whole seconds of staring at the knot and following the rope would reveal what it was to anybody who isnt a complete retard. Doubly so for someone familiar with racing and garage pulls.

The hate crime hoax was mostly on the media jumping on the story and turning into a circus, to his credit it did look like a noose but they could've confirmed it before blowing the story up only for it to turn out to be nothing but a garage door pull that's been there since last year.

He's not nearly as bad as Smollett but still seen as another SJW agitator so people hate him

Devil's advocate here. Not taking sides here but lets just say for a moment....

The FBI went through ALL the footage and found nothing at all? Nobody went near that rope at ANY time during the race weekend and retied it to look a bit more like a noose? Was it really a coincidence that he was put in that specific garage or maybe it was on purpose.

Honestly did we get a full report on how or what the FBI and other officials did during their investigation? Did they say, we reviewed ALL the video taken from the time the teams and staff arrived at the track until the incident was reported.

I have to be honest, the picture of that rope tied that way was a bit more "noosey" than others.

Bubba never found it, his crew member told the crew chief who told NASCAR who told Bubba. No other garage rope looked like that one in the garage after an investigation

After investigating it was found to not be intended specifically for Bubba so no hate crime. However it was a noose. The FBI even called it that in their press release

Of course idiots like the ones ITT kept going with the narrative that Bubba planted it thus the Bubba Smollett name, and when asked he called them idiots which they are
