Most people that were in the mental hospital with me (including myself), explained it differently.
You get the whispers here and there, but you also get random ******t noise (babies crying, music playing, etc).
Not to mention, when the voices are talking to you, it's almost completely normal feeling. Like someone is just having a conversation with you at the grocery store.

I think these simulators are cool, but it doesn't really put you in the spot of psychosis. Like I can watch them now and think "Man, it's nothing like that".

could be possible. a lot of schizophrenia patients say the voices are from demons.

What would you want to know? I'm about 6-7 years in remission, but I went through some pretty deep psychosis for about 2-3 years before being put in a mental hospital for a little over 6 months.
BrosefMengele is my #1 fan.

Well...its really dopamine run amok.
The antipsychotics help to regulate the dopamine and thus the voices go away.
It is a difficult disease. The public perception isn't like that of say heart disease or kidney disease. The outward expression of mental illness scares people.
