How is child support legal

sloots decide to open their snatch for scumbags who won't be fathers. how is it that the guys fault? and even when they are not scumbags courts still rule in sloots favor. actually most of the time the father is better than the sloot. why sloot get illegal money?

also when ever a sloot bangs a rich guy why does she get millions a month in child support???

what's crazy is if you sign the birth certificate and later you uncover that she cheated and the baby isn't yours

you are still legally obligated to pay child support for a kid that isn't even yours

Any law regarding parenting/marriage that gives a biased positive for females = moral.

Any law removing power/benefits in an objective and rational manner = despicably immoral.

We still have laws so archaic that were written back when women where not in the workforce. They were needed back then because they had zero back-up if things went wrong. Yet, somehow they still get to enjoy this preferential treatment during times where they can be anything they able to do, and while the law also forces business to hire under gender quotas. lol.

And yeah, he spent like $15k in court to change it and they came back and said, because he was on the birth certificate and because he had been an active father for 2 years, he was obligated to pay.

I don't even remember the circumstances that led to him getting the paternity test but it was a huge mess. Turned out she was slooting it around with several dudes and also gave him HPV.

She was the stereotypical "military wife", too.

Laws vary a lot from state to state. Some have a flat cap. Some are based off parental income. May take other expenses into account.

Being mad about child support is kind of like being mad about losing at 3 Card Monte. You knew what the deal was when you laid your money down.

I don't agree with child support if the wife is the one who fukked up the relationship by cheating or whatever and the courts just hands her full custody regardless of the dad's involvement.

There's certain circumstances where, if both parents are involved, it should be a 50/50 thing.

But yeah, if you pump and dump and expect not to get hit with babynames then you're a dumb.

I sincerely believe that is on the way out. Maybe snailsrus could confirm?

IME if anything some states have swung the other direction. You are getting 50/50 no matter who did what and the higher earning spouse gets to hold on to at least 60% of the combined income between the two spouses.

Only exceptions might be an actual recent violent criminal record or in patient psych/addiction.

Seems that the state generally has abdicated responsibility for determining if either party is at fault/toxic and wants to go "one size fits all" instead. So different parties are getting shafted, but it still sucks.

Yeah. I'll be happy when it becomes fully equal for parents.
I've read a ton of horror stories about chit moms getting away with taking huge chunks out of their ex's paychecks even though they were the ones who fukked up the marriage.

And I agree with that to make custody no fault. Custody should be 50/50 standard because that is in the best interest of the kids. As to custody it should be irrelevant what happened in the relationship between the spouses. The only consideration should be the best interest of the kids.

So only exception to 50/50 should be if one spouse is unfit as a parent due to abuse or alcohol/drugs etc.
Southern States are still pretty widely mom-centric. At least North Carolina where my buddy lives is.

Yeah. My dad had me 50% of the time and paid for everything and my mom just put the $100 a month the state required him to pay in a savings account that I used towards buying my first car.

When you see a woman who's getting her nails done monthly, but not being able to pay for the kids food or clothes, there's an issue.
