Out of your parents, who has the dominant genes?

For my family it's easily my mother.

She has three sons, they range from a really strong resemblance (my brothers) to looking almost exactly like her (myself).

The crazy thing is my brother just had a baby girl, my parents' first grandchild, who looks the most like my mother out of everyone.
The billionaire and the beggar both have 24 hours in a day.

That's why grandma's apple pie rocks and yours sucks.

I don't know, hard to say actually. I think overall I look more like my dad I suppose.

The thing that's kind of interesting is how blue eyes are a recessive gene, yet my mom and her 3 sisters (German grandfather and they are all light haired and blue eyed) all had kids with dark eyed and haired men - yet all of us have ended up with blue eyes and blonde or light hair (though I have quite a bit of grey now from my dad's side).

Guess there must be some strong genes on my mom's side or something.

My situation makes me wonder how far it goes back.

I wonder how long ago that first ancestor resembling my mother goes back.

What if that person's DNA has just been killing it in the gene pool for centuries or even millennia?

Definitely my mother. Look just like her. Would have been awesome to get my fathers genetics for building muscle though, he’s massive! Lol

For looks matching its my dad but I got my moms hair- thick and luscious. Almost zero baldness or manletness in my lineage, feels good mane.
