I asked a woman out over Instagram and now can’t find her

Weirdest thing I sent a Instagram story reply to this one woman yesterday and I went to go back to check to see if she responded. I can’t find her name anywhere which is really odd, like she doesn’t have Instagram anymore.

Can anyone explain this? How can I find if she responded? I made a new Instagram account and found her, should I message her from that one to make sure she got my message?
