Ryan Hall (former US Olympic Marathoner); INSANE NATTY bulk transformation (pics)

Ryan Hall has the US Marathon record (2 hrs 4 minutes), was an olympian and overall badass runner. One of the best US runners of all time.

Retired, decided he was tired of being skinny from running, and decided to lift heavy. Impressive transformation for just a few years lifting (100% natty too).

Natty as the milk from walmart
-Some people say good things come to those who wait, truth is, good things come to those who work..... who work later.....who work harder...... who are willing to go further than anyone else to get them. If you're waiting for good things to come to you, you'll be waiting for a pretty long time.

Freak athlete who devotes his life to exercising, probably takes something on the side. Not surprising he would be able to achieve these results.

No surprise an elite athlete can do that with the discipline and genetics he no doubt had already. In a year...he probably took something, but I’m sure he worked his ass off too

No offense to him, but he was born in Africa and moved to the USA when he was 20 and only became a US citizen like 2 years before that record. It's not a true American record in my opinion.

What the phuck.
