What percentage of people at your gym look like they lift or have decent muscle?

This is not a thread to put anyone down. Everyone who goes to the gym to better themselves should be given respect.

With that being said, I notice that nearly half the gym do not look like they lift at all. I go to Anytime Fitness in Australia, not a serious gym its more of a commercial gym. But I was so shocked. The other day I came at a busier time than I usually do (I normally go during the mornings when theres barely anyone) and there were so many guys in singlets with tiny arms. I couldn't believe it. But anyway props on them for trying to better themselves.

What percent of people at your gym look like they lift, or have decent muscle?

literally 99.9% of them.
I train at a large gym in metro Atlanta, and I swear all these *******s are on gobs of tech. Not jealous as I'm pretty big compared to the average dude. But these mofo's are 55 years old with traps to their fukkin ears and sh!t. Humongous delts. All purple from high blood pressure and lookin like they'd die from a papercut.

Needed an option for <1%. Seen people there for nearly a decade as well. Like, you’re wasting your time at this point. You look just as skinny fat as ever.

hmm they are probably training for health reasons instead of bulking up. Depends on which gym. In serious gyms theres lots of big dudes trying to get huge, then theres those gyms like planet fitness where no one cares about being big

All relative dude. I get people saying I’m built or jacked a fair amount in public, in the gym I’m small.

I would say about 80%. But it's a small hardcore gym of around 35 lifters where pretty much everyone competes. The only exceptions are a handful of older guys who are obviously past their prime.

Currently have a home gym, so a hundo, but previously I went to Powerlifting gym, where obviously everyone looked like they lifted, whether half cyborg or not, not many bloat lords there.

Agreed. I have a good friend who is pretty skinny, but he is really lean and has veins on his arms. Literally everyone thinks he his huge. Even the gym manager was saying how he looks like a bodybuilder now.

He is decent, but if he went to a hardcore gym or bodypower expo he would be pretty tiny
