How do I redeem my rep power?

I'm ready to cash my reps in, but can't find anything in the site about how to go about it, and the mods are ignoring my emails.

Who all has cashed in some reps and what did you buy with them?

I used to be in the 6 figures, then traded them all in for premium misc access.
Don't you think it's weird that some accounts average over 200 reps per day, every single day, for years on end?
