Even here, all are men. Are tradie company owners sexists?

Interesting question, there are a plethora of women that do menial labour like cleaners so I'm not sure why. Tradies usually work long hours which is not conducive to women who are usually the main childcare providers.

I mean that's why there is a big push to make childcare more affordable. It would allow women to do jobs which they currently don't do because of time constraints.

Looking at college grad rates....yeah they're not going to take over trades any time soon.

Also, same reason there aren't hardly any male preschool teachers.
