Any of you use CBD oil?

Looking to try out CBD oil to help with my General Anxiety Disorder, instead of popping RX pills.

Any one here have experience with using CBD oil? Is it legit? Will it help? Shiit is expensive, so I don't want to waste my money.

And I'm talking real CBD oil, not the hemp oil trash you can buy on Amazon.

I use it along with other family members with health issues...

What we've discovered from our usage is there are significant benefits based upon quality of the product, correct dosage and cycling on and off of it.

The real deal is VERY expensive and hard to find. The vast majority that dont have good results are people that use garbage quality product, dont use it correctly (dosage) or dont cycle it..

Please note my family member goes to a world renowned research doctor and she recommends it and sent us to a scientist that works appropriate dosage. Its made massive improvements in my daughter and there is significant documentation/research documenting the positive results.

It is NOT a cure all but those that deny its effectiveness for certain challenges are just sticking their head in the sand.

Started it last week, but coincided with me being ill, so stopped taking it. Interested to know if people have found legit benefits for anxiety and depression. I'm in a ****ing hole right now.

ive tried it a handful of times. it didnt really seem to do anything, although i dont really have any sort of ailment that i would need this for.

from what i recall, it just gave me the feeling of the "come down" of smoking regular weed.

It's too bad most of it is contaminated with THC so people at work have been getting fired when it shows up in their random drug test.

it's legit. its similar to a light buzz from a beer. it helps with insomnia as well. some of my friends love it, i do have 1 friend that tried it, zero effects, does nothing for him. just remember it's not "magic" that'll cure everything. it won't make problems go away.

yeah, that is a bummer. Luckily I work for a company that doesn't infringe on personal freedoms. Although i imagine if i got injured at work, they'd have to drug test me for insurance reasons.

Tried it and it only makes me tired just like other parts of the plant. Not worth the price IMO. Just use kratom or something else.

Not sure if placebo but I took some everyday for a month and I did notice I felt "good" shortly after taking it. Perhaps it did dissipate some anxiety/stress.

I know someone who gives it to their dog for an arthritis issue and it seems to work well for her.

You would need to speak with someone who has what you have and tried what you want to try.

I have tried low grade CBD oil. Probably improved sleep slightly which made me less anxious (dont have an anxiety disorder, just a stressful job.)

So far what reduced my anxiety the most is putting my cellphone away. Otherwise I physically "alt tab" between every action I take to check my phone for whatsapp or IG.
