She looks like she weighs about 115 pounds.

She should spend 2 hours a day practicing her draw, firearm manipulation and retention. Her duty pistol is the only thing that will keep her alive on the streets. I hope she knows how to use it.

And she needs to get that holster off her leg. All that is going to do is impede her movement and make it more accessible to bad guys and harder to retain.
