Should have some rule where if you're negged multiple times within a set period of time, you're auto-muted for 24 hours. Especially if someone only has like 10 posts, is a new user, and has already been negged for literally 4/10 of their post history.

Don't think Misc is very apt to ever do any sort of updates or changes though lol, which in some ways is probably a good thing. Website changes often seem to be for the worse.
