Does any one here have muscle dysmorphia/bigorexia?

"In muscle dysmorphia, which is sometimes called "bigorexia", "megarexia", or "reverse anorexia", the delusional or exaggerated belief is that one's own body is too small, too skinny, insufficiently muscular, or insufficiently lean, although in most cases, the individual's build is normal or even exceptionally large."

I always feel that no matter how many pounds I put on, no matter how many lbs I add to my weights, or no matter how many compliments based on mass that I get, its never enough.

I think its a good and bad thing. Its bad in a way because you will never feel satisfied and happy with your physique/strength, but its good in a way that it will cause you to continue training and pushing yourself to be bigger and stronger.

Symptoms include:
Preoccupation with body image in particular the wish to look muscular
Intense fear of losing weight and 'withering away'
Excessive exercise with the aim of 'bulking-up'
Planning and often neglecting other life activities around exercise
Adhering to unconventional diets to help achieve the 'ideal' body shape
Use of steroids or dietary supplements aimed at increasing muscle mass
Avoidance of situations where the individual's body could be exposed due to feelings of inadequacy

I used to deal with that like 10 years ago when i was 21, 22 years old.

Now, at age 33, if I have even a hint of abs showing, don't have bitch tits caused by drinking and anti-depressants, and don't have a double-chin, I'm ahead of like 85% of my age-group peers. (SRS)
