-czech-american white woman with master's degree in history and married to us army soldier joins fbi.
-gets assigned to investigate a german tyrone rapper cum isis jehadi. builds a relationship over skype.
-told her FBI superiors she was going to use a vacation to visit relatives back in Germany, but actually travelled to isis territory.
-got married to isis fighter and told him she was actually fbi undercover. realized she had made a mistake within weeks (lmaoooo) and found a way to return to the US.
-was arrested, cooperated, and pled guilty. her charge and sentence was considerably lighter than those of other Americans who had merely made unsuccessful attempts to travel to ISIS territory.
"I was weak" she wrote in an email while in Syria trying to get back to the US.
