It's funny how COVID forced compliance is so much higher in poor areas than wealthy ones.

A couple weeks ago I was driving around the poverty area in the next city over and stopped at 7-11 for a Slurpee, and there were some giant black guys coming out who said, "Yo bro, they're not going to let you in there without a mask." I just turned around and went back to my car and left. But then I got back to the 7-11 near me, and went in without a mask and nobody said chit. There was a Karen who tried being sarcastic as I was leaving, but ultimately she knew she wasn't doing chit to a 6'3'' 250 pound guy.

I'm interested to see what the ramifications of this going forward are.

Educated/intelligent people think the whole mask thing is BS. Which is why the same politicians that are on camera preaching wearing a mask get caught taking it off as soon as the cameras are off. Media reporters wearing masks have entire camera crew with them behind the lenses that aren't masked up. Etc. Even Dr Fauci got busted not adhering to masks when he thought no cameras were out. For fukks sake I've had a few appointments with doctors/surgeons lately and when they got into the room with me they dropped the mask and said its some BS...

Here's the thing about the mask, it only helps when you cough or sneeze. When in public people cough and sneeze without covering their mouth. I have a younger bro and his ass sneezes without covering his mouth.

When you talk regularly, only a small amount of germs gets spread. When I go to convenient stores, I don't speak or just keep my mouth fully shut.
