Ever had legit creepy/unexplained/scary/disturbing/weird experience ?

In 2007, I saw a series of white lights in the sky in a boomerang formation, maybe 7 or so stories high, moving silently. It was early evening and the sky was still light, and each light faded off and on in a pattern. When a light faded off, it became pure nothingness. I watched it until it moved past the horizon and I still have no idea wtf it was.

My dad died when I was 19. Every night for an entire week afterwards I would experience intense sleep paralysis. On the 7th night as I was paralyzed I felt someone grab me very quickly then let go. I never have had sleep paralysis since.
