Both father and son are pure trash but i would blame the son more. If his dad is that drunk just diffuse the situation and talk to him when he is sober instead he did everything he could to provoke his dad.

Son willing to send video of an ugly private family moment to his father's employer in hopes of having him "cancelled". Literally doesn't give a fuk if his father gets fired
Dad asks for phone bill, "it's out right now". Father still paying for son's phone bill? Probably some sort of family plan. Either way, seems like the son has a history of either not paying or partially paying his bills, forcing his father to pay for him. Looking at his gaming chair, Champion shirt, and haircut, I have a feeling the son prioritizes instant gratification "wants" instead of being responsible and paying his bills.
Son has no problem insulting father openly.
Son thinks playing videogames on Twitch is a job, when he only has 908 followers, and most of his videos get less than 10 views on average. His net income is probably less than $100 not counting the temporary viral boost to his channel from this video.
Mom and father clearly not on the same page on parenting. Mom taking the side of the son and probably has a history of babying him, while father sees his son wasting his youth and life in front of a computer screen.
