My ambitions to build an alcoholic city

Where everyone will just drink, entire city will be surrounded by liquor shops, bars, clubs, music songs, luxury shelters, amazing buffet restaurants, all city will drink, eat and sing songs of joy... 12 hours some people will party and sleep, other 12 hours they will work for the maintenance and betterment or advancement of the city and vice versa the people will swtich their roles but they will all party.
