Easily too hot. When it's too cold you can always put on more clothes, and even if you can't you can just tough it out. I spent a month as a teenager sitting perfectly still in a tree stand with nothing but a tank on in -10 F weather. Extreme heat on the other hand is brutal, it just wrecks you and there's nothing you can do about it. Then again I'm North European so, am adapted for the cold. black brahs might give the opposite answer

When it’s the summer rI’ll say too hot is the worst and when it’s winter I’ll say too cold is the worst.

I’ve lived in a climate my whole life where it can get up over 110 but never goes below 30 degrees. I’m so used to really hot temperature that it doesn’t phase me much. But I’ve been in the snow where I’m shivering like crazy and I can’t control my body and it’s a little scary to me.

So I say being too cold is the worst

ha i remember one time my ac went out and it was when hurricane hit. outside temptures were still in the 90's with humidity. couldn't get someone to the house for a week. extremely miserable experience

Too hot is way worse.

Too cold at least has a crisp, clean, numb feeling. Too hot is a gross sweaty suffocating feeling.

This is why they say some people run "cold" or "hot." Different people react differently.

Me, I'm much more of a warm weather person...prefer being warm to cold. So for me, being too cold is worse.
