Just got out of a photo radar ticket AMA

90% of people are NPC's and just pay whatever the ticket says. They wanted $250 and 3 points on my license. Nah, fukk off.

Step 1: Don't respond to the ticket. If they can confirm that you've received it in the mail, you have to pay. Don't even call.
Step 2: Don't answer the door (or let anyone else) if you aren't expecting anyone. They tried to serve me at least twice when I was home, but it was some bloatlord ******* I didn't recognize. Nice try.
Step 3: After 90 days from the time the ticket is written in their system, it'll go invalid and they have to void it. The only exception is if your jurisdiction allows them to tape something to your door and consider that "served."

they got my friend like this. he tried to say he never got it but they sent him a link of the footage and he looked at it and it was logged LOL

now when they mail me chit i dont even check link
