Then you can Google further images for pictures of more men you are curious about.
I have 2 cousins one was born in the balkans and he's really light skinned, blonde hair, blue or green eyes, his sibling was born in Sicily to the same parents, yet he already looks more like the environment he was born too then his parents/sibling genes. That plays a big part? Looks like if mezut ozil was Sicilian.

Is it true that Italy has the oldest population in europe and each year more die then the number that are born? Maybe you should go back and help them out by bringing that young fertility genes? or would you like my brothers to do that

And the west didn't turn my country in to rubble, they literally stopped the "Christian" nation that was planning to do that.

Wealthier folks tend to look lighter. They don't need to work the fields and sun exposure is limited so that's why poorer folks tend to be darker skinned. Even in Africa you can see this. The poor tend to be darker skinned and the rich tend to be light skinned. It's impressive how one can tell what socio-economic class you belong to based on your skin tone.

You are essentially a product of your environment. This is why african americans look different from their african counterparts and this is why white people from South Africa (the Boers) look so different from their european counterparts. Your body and your skin will adapt to your environment over time. I wouldn't be surprised if the African immigrants of sweden end up looking white after hundreds of generations. This whole race issue really needs to fuarking die out already. My mom is white skinned due to her growing up in a city while my dad's family who's also white look like Mexicans because of their exposure to the skin. Yet, as their socio-economic status has improved they magically look lighter again.

Good post.

Yea in my home country as well, the darker toned one like myself were the ones working/living in farms, while the politicians and other professions and their children in the cities were more light toned from staying/working indoors.

Pretty much.

The human body truly is a miracle in my honest opinion. However, we see this in a lot of species. African elephants are different compared to their Indian elephant counterparts. It doesn't mean they are inherently different.

Poverty-stricken people gonna poverty I guess. There is no Ottoman Empire, it was a footnote in history that only existed because Rome got tired. You're mad as fuk about it, hence this thread.
Italy and Turkey are both modern day chit.. Especially Turkey. The only thing holding Turkey together is Islam... You want to talk about ancient stuff, I give the nod to the Romans all day.

The Ottomans are a footnote, good for what exactly? They take credit for everything which is not theirs. Lots of influence from other ancient (greater) civilizations.. Mesopotamia-Assyrian/Babylonian... Which they were the remnants of those people mixed in with everything else in the Mediterranean region.

Took over the poverty Bosnians (lulz) and got cucked by the Serbs.. LOL at "ottoman" pride.

I don';'t about the last bit that he posted, but recall a rogan episode recently talking about how much more aggresive african elephants are vs indian. I think he was talking about people that take photos on the indian elephants, but if you try doing that with the african, they'll wreck you. Seen also an episode on some animal doc show about how far these elephants have to walk and remember the path for some hole to get water from.

Well, elephants are intelligent creatures. They're far more poached and hunted in Africa vs Indian. The elephants know what's up. They communicate... Have you ever heard the phrase "an elephant never forgets"?

That's a Turkish site, lmao.

I agree with you on them taking credit for virtually everything they've contributed nothing to. Any time you tell a Turk to open a history book, they get defensive. Truth hurts, lmao.
Lol at two povertycells countries going at it. Isn't Italy's GDP to debt ratio 135%? And hasn't Italy's unemployment rate always been around 10%?

Lol just lol. The two of you need to apologize to each other since both Turkey and Italy are chitholes if we are being completely honest.

Honestly I don't even know why they started bringing Turkey or the Ottomans to this thread...I seen recent article of them coloring the statue portraits of Roman emperors and how they might've looked in color and seemed interesting to share.

Italians are diverse people and you find regions will have similar traits. Of course people move around, but you notice patterns. I am not just talking northern vs southern, but Lombardy vs Liguria vs Tuscany.

To the posts above, race is not just skin color. Another interesting thing is people with mixed genetics like say French and Balkan can have identifiable traits from both groups enough that people in those regions can pattern match their traits and think they are from there.

Maybe you have a nose like a serb, or Montenegrian, but the ear from Alsace.

Often times nobody would notice except someone with a lot of exposure to people from that region.

Just pattern matching, but does it even matter?

Yeah except there's no difference between a serb and a montenegrin

I'm a balkanite and people have told me I look French/Italian/German

I have slightly asian eyes too (small but without the single eyelid thing)

I'm curious though, how do they know the exact skin colors of the emperors to paint them?

People assume I'm Portuguese the majority of times, I have dark hair, dark eyes, dark eyebrows, and a tanned face. A few times Persian or the middle east area, for my brother it's always the middle east area yet he's lighter skinned then me, not as dark hair or eyes or eyebrows as me. And also not as prominent facial features as me. My dad's been thought as Polish yet he has dark hair maybe it's light facial features and light skinned.

I think it said in the article that the painter looked through various genomes of where the emperor originated from and used those to give an idea of what colors their hair or facial features would be similar too.

Was going to post that comparison, came to mind when i first saw Augustus.

From paintings is all i can find. Google Pompeii paintings, you'll find a lot of erotic ones with women
