15° or 30° angle for incline bench?

There are two benches on Amazon.

One with only 15 degree incline and one with only 30 degree.


The one with 30 degree angle only is $40 more than the one with 15 degree angle only.


Which would one you guys think I should buy?

Don’t buy poverty Amazon benches. Buy the Ironmaster Super Bench Pro or one from Repfitness. I have benches from both and they’re better than the dog**** benches I had at college gym and Golds Gym.

Iron Master crew. I bought mine for i think 250. It can hold 1000lbs flat and 750 incline. Also you can buy a bunch of attachments for it.

Ditto. Iron Master Super Bench Pro is a kickass bench. Rep makes good ones too.

Looks legit but I just need something to get me through quarentine. The poverty 120$ one Amazon seems to suffice for the next couple months

30 hurts my shoulders and doesn't involve my upper chest any more than 15, so I only do 15.

But many people swear by 30
