Wincel and NVious post nothing alike, srs.
Wincel's shtick is how he's smarter than you (and will break out random math and chit to prove it), but how his life's been held down by forces beyond his control. NVious's shtick is how he's just KILLING IT at life and how he's better than you, but when he tries to prove it, it's obvious he's a retard.
There's an insecurity and a need to prove himself in everything that NVious writes, while OTOH, the only thing Wincel needs to prove is his intelligence, and he's pretty much fine with failing at life otherwise. So a Wincel alt wouldn't brag about how he's LEARNED PHYSICS and regurgitate some trite explanation of a black hole, he'd show off the tensor math to flex on you.
