I will have hair by the end of the year. Fighting back against the reaper (Update!)
So it has been about 5 months since I posted anything about my hair but I may have finally started to beat my autoimmune disease. Only a month or so ago I was completely bald. So I've been doing keto for awhile and just recently I have been taking a high dose of vitamin d3. I did a lot of research and found that many autoimmune disease cases had patients with a critically low level, which was the case for me. Hopefully the progress continues but in the mean time here is 2 pictures of the progress.

So weird thing is a majority of the hair is white, vellus hairs (basically immature hair follicles) but some are growing back black. I even have facial hair growing that needs shaved every few days. As of now I'm letting it grow out but I'm going to either buzz it or shave for my buddies wedding in October. Reps until I'm out. Have a great day everybody!

No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Are you doing any scalp massages? I've read some interesting results on them.

I read a bunch of studies regarding vitamin d and the effect on the immune system. They did studies where people with severe auto immune diseases think MS took massive doses of d3 and they improved their symptoms by up to 80%. Pretty crazy ****.What's your daily dosage?
