in 95 % cases, most useless chit, lmao at people buying these books&videos brb watching something and just minute later forget all about it.

I rather read autobiographies of actual successful people. So many life lessons to be learned from them. Great quotes, knowledge etc.

I recommend arnold Schwarzenegger, Franco Columbu, Donald Trump. All good chit.

Probably the #1 self help tip is to set realistic short term goals every day. After you accomplish them let yourself feel really good about it, and then set incrementally harder goals over time (always attainable ones). This rewires your dopamine system to be productive and get pleasure out of irl sh*t

This really does work.


Also meditation is often overlooked but it is extremely beneficial imo
