Have you lost or gained weight
I keep hearing about this quarantine weight gain. Is it real or naa?
I have pretty much stayed the same but I've been running and swimming, I don't eat out, don't get workplace pastries daily etc. I have tried to lose weight but it's like my body just wants to stay where it's at. Maybe it's menopause lol.
How aboot u?

Gained nearly 2 stone of pure fat since March. Usually have a holiday as a target for my cut, but this year, with nothing to aim towards I went full bloat mode. Feel like chit atm.

I was peak bulking right before corona, then during corona I backed off because I couldnt lift the same.
I went from just over 290 beginning of corona to 275 end of corona.
Then I developed some digestive issues not allowing my body to process what I Was eating, most of my food was just in and out so I went on a 8 week cut.
I have gone from 275 15%bf to now about 265 and 10% bf, made a real dramatic drop in BF in just 4 weeks while maintaining good weight.
The best part is I dramatically dropped carbs, upped protein, and I am almost never hungry still. Ive never had this happen before, but it really pays off building your metabolism up really high before dieting.

Cut down over the last 3-4 months. Down about 40 pounds or so. But had a lot of pudginess to get rid of after the leg injury last year.

Gained weight, all fat. No gym, no motivation to eat right for performance on lifts. My pecs have turned to titties...fml
Do not think that what is hard for you to master is humanly impossible; and if it is humanly possible, consider it to be within your reach.

Weight loss/gain is a decision. I was in process of gaining weight, I continued to gain weight until I hit my target weight. Currently maintaining at 220 for 6 more weeks, then compete, then slow cut back to 200-205.

I've lost about 5 lbs. Switched from lifting heavy to mostly conditioning with light weights since that's what I have available. I look better shirtless and feel better.
