are HAIR GROWTH SHAMPOOS bullchit? I dont want to give the reaper any chances........

my hair is still very thick, solid, tight but I was wondering about some preventative measures. my dad is bald, Im 35, I dont want to wake up one day and be bald brahs, anything we can do before its too late? I was inspired by some commercial I just saw on TV, if I can just change shampoos that would be sweet.

Most are bs. The one shampoo that can make a decent difference (2% ketoconazole shampoo 2-4x a week) is like the least effective thing you can do for hairloss, especially on it's own.

Finasteride is what will stop hairloss and is probably the number one thing you can do. Minoxidil promotes growth.

If you are not balding I would hang tight. But at the first sign of MPB, I would jump on fin. Wish I did it a decade earlier than I did.

I use the shampoo with fin. The fin has probably done the heavy lifting but I’ve seen good progress so far.
No man has the right to be an amateur in the matter of physical training. It is a shame for a man to grow old without seeing the beauty and strength of which his body is capable.

Take finasteride + minoxidil simultaneously. Those are the two things that have been proven to work decently. Then you can sleep at night knowing you're doing everything you can.
