Why do ppl still pay for personal training?

Obviously sloots do personal training for attention and to flirt with their trainers.

But what kind of man would pay for such service when you can literally find free excersize routines and tips on YouTube and Google all day that tell you EXACTLY what to do. Chits not Brain surgery.

The funniest is seeing couples do personal training together. I can't think of a bigger way to cuck yourself than that

EDIT: also I should add there's really only 4 types of dudes I see using personal trainers

1) Indians
2) cucks with their wives
3) weird looking/very low IQ looking men
4) Soylent incels

Lol youll NEVER see a normal looking dude using a personal trainer. Like ever. It doesn't happen.

Why you hating on PT's

Many people can't bother looking up and reading about it, or have very limited time. Some have zero sports background, so they figure okay, why not just pay a guy to teach me most of it and at the same time, show me, train me, track me, etc. Some people also need some guidance in the start, then they stop paying. It's also a motivation boost for people and they don't mind paying some money for it

All in all, it's not the worst investment for some

Yea, the YouTube vids online are more than sufficient for 99% of ppl thinking they need personal training. I think 20 years ago, there may have actually been some value in having a trainer for some people

Amazing how many cucks are dumb enough to pay for such a useless service in the 2020

Ironically, being a PT is more popular than ever, despite it being easier than ever to gain information, and is still growing rapidly

People are too lazy overall - meaning too lazy that they have ended up looking like crap - overweight/obese or skinny/untrained/skinny-fat and of course too darn lazy to do their own research on training and nutrition.

Most people still think that within a few weeks they can go from being 300 lbs obese whale to 185 lbs shredded mofo, IF they hire a PT lmao.

Can confirm, I went to a personal trainer when I was 14. I wanted to lose weight. So he told me to do push ups, squats, do the elliptical, eat tuna on crackers and drink plenty of water... lol. Was the dumbest chit

I knew a guy who was training a couple together.. started banging the guys wife. She ended up dumping her husband. This was years ago and the trainer and lady still together.

it's hard for newbies. i could never get into lifting because i dont jnow what to do and whenever i watch begginer videos the guys is doing all these insane poses and using words i dont know and im overwhelmed with information. nor do i know how to use the equipment or if my form is correct. there is definitely a learning curve and i dont want to deal with that chit man. i just want to get juicy for the girls.

If you have EVER worked out with an amazing training partner who got you *3 more forced reps* and made you try his routine, which challenged you and fried your body parts that session, then you would not be asking such a naive question. Why do Pro Bodybuilders switch up trainers/coaches after years of experience and results?

2) cucks with their wives

the worst.... i can you imagine taking your wife to a man who was better at being a man than you? Nothing and i mean nothing turns a girl on more than a strong confident man showing her how to do something. Teach a girl to lift, fire a gun, shoot pool, throw a dart.. it doesnt matter, just touch her while you do it and she will suck the soul out of your cock.

It really depends on your objectives. If you are a high competition athlete and you wanna be on the top 1% you need a personal trainer.

If you are just a random dude that wants to loose some weight/gain some muscle... you don't.

I’ve seen guys that look like they don’t necessarily need a personal trainer having one. Think they’re just awkward incels like OP says and it’s the only way they can get a girl to talk to them

Lol people still think that those ''fat burning'' belts will make them Arnold and that fat makes you fat. Karens are making millions by selling retarded diet books that don't make sense and you are asking why anyone pays for a trainer? lol

join any ******** fitness page and watch how retarded the people in said group are.
they all think lifting equals astro physics and think it's absolutely necessary to hire a trainer for proper form (long term)
i've seen people pay $80 for a meal plan, which was just a printed piece of paper that said rice n chicken at. 6 pm, salad at 11 am etc.

Those dumb people have money to spare, they're too lazy to do research themselves and many like to hire a trainer to count reps for them long term.

tldr: people are fukkin stupid.

if you're a beginner and insecure, get 2 lessons and bail out. anything besides that is repetition and wasting money.

u never want a personal trainer from a gym franchise. the private ones with their own gyms are good. gym franchise trainers are bull****, it's all about carrot on a stick, but the good private ones which are usually cheaper, will go through whatever u want

the people that have been lifting for years but don't look like they lift should definitely try out several sessions with a legit trainer. maybe they are doing exercises wrong, or their program sucks, or they're not doing the right exercises, or too scared to perform certain exercises, or can't get the exercise right no matter how much they try it. maybe that one exercise u been doing all these years u been doing it wrong and not targeting the muscle

also there's different types of pt's like functional training, mma training, etc.
There is only one Hell: the one we live in now.
