The perfect split

I think I've created the perfect routine for me, a nice cheeky split where every day, or if you're a pussy every second day, and any day missed you will hit the last missed muscle group. It's simple, the left side right side split. Where you basically fulfill a full body routine except on opposite sides of the body each day. You see, nothing confuses the muscles more as having their opposite side utilized while never activating the other. Whenever I have a side that feels weaker or is lagging, I simply do one or two more reps on said side. My core has never been stronger and my muscular balance is perfect just LMAO if you haven't started doing a L-R split.
LRLRLRL
LxRxLxR

An example of a high volume Left side day:
Left Leg 4 x 12 (One leg hack squat, legpress, pistol squat)
Left Chest 3 x 12 (DB press, machine chest)
Left Chest 3 x 12 DB flies
Left Shoulder 3 x 12 DB press
Left Shoulder 4 x 16 Lat raise
Left MidBack 3 x 12 One armed rows
Left Lat 3 x 12 (One arm pulldown, One arm pull/chin-up)
Left Bicep 3 x 12 Curls
Left Tricep 3 x 12 (Kickbacks, extensions)
Left Calf 3 x * Raises

Your core working so hard to balance out your **** will completely negate the necessity for ab training by now. Go make some ****ing gains already

Get it here before I'm famous and selling said routine on Instagram. Don't be surprised to find that the right side workout is so different to the left, the results speak for themselves.
Right Leg 4 x 12 (One leg hack squat, legpress, pistol squat)
Right Chest 3 x 12 (DB press, machine chest)
Right Chest 3 x 12 DB flies
Right Shoulder 3 x 12 DB press

Right MidBack 3 x 12 One armed rows
Right Lat 3 x 12 (One arm pulldown, One arm pull/chin-up)
Right Bicep 3 x 12 Curls

Thanks brah

Should I for example when doing left DB press hold a DB in my right hand for balance? Or all core?

Keep it all core. It would only hurt you in the long run to rely on the weight of other DBs

I see I see, so for left one arm rows I also shouldn’t support with my right hand and just bend over all core?

That's a good question. It isn't very easy to maintain said balanced core when you start dipping into heavier dumbbells, I would recommend only supporting yourself when it becomes necessary for you, as if you're continuously adding weight, I'm sure you'll need the support eventually.

But this is a very optimistic scenario, because actually always I take the weekends off. So two rest days. What should my split look like?

If you prefer to take weekends off you can still accomodate the routine.

Like I said...You have the Left body and you have no right body, you got a problem building...wait a minute. You have the right body, and you have no left body, you got a problem building your left body. You have the right...you have the left body and you don't have the right body, the right body, it is easier to build. So if you have the left body and you don't have the right body, it is easier to build the right body. You have the right body and you don't have the left body, you got a problem building the left body... No, you don't understand. You have the right body, but you don't have the left body, you got a problem building leftwards. You got the ri - left on the left, it is easier to build on the right, so you don't have much as a problem. Yeah.

Starting this today

How do I decide which side to do first? If I pick the wrong side do I lose all my gains?

Can I incorporate my eyebrow routine? Feel like my left eyebrow is lagging, according to your program I should do more brow raises on left day? And how do I train frowns on only one side?

pls respond

Switch off LR then you retard what is possibly difficult to understand about this. Break into the gym and get those right side workouts in. Then after you're balanced start doing at home workouts

If you're only training one part of your face and not the entire side you're limiting yourself and clearly not doing the routine right. Give your head a shake pal stop trolling but yes, with a lagging left brow I'd take up a couple extra brow raises and planks
