do I look like I lift brahs?

I train only compound lifts. Should I add more accessory movements?

Back is your most developed body part.

But overall you need to keep at it

Why can't you do some side laterals and flyes?

Just use the plates if you don't have access to she.

100 rep barbell curls in few sets as possible is a good one for arms, as are over tricep extensions.

Depends on perspective.

For general men on the street who have never lifted, are out of shape and hate themselves (90% of men these days) yes you definitely look like you lift, they probably even think you are stacked

For 'curlzz and bench' occasional gym rats you pretty much have a dream physique

For people who've put in several years of hard dedication with good diet and good progress you look like you lift but still have some way to go

For what the average miscer claims you look like tinkerbell on a water fast

It's not about the exercises, it's about the volume.

"I do compound exercises" is often code for "I do 5 sets of chest exercises each week"

grey skulls lp. I just train for strength honestly. I don't track what I eat, as long as I get my calories/protein in that's all that matters.

If it ain't broke don.... Oh wait

Up to you but your lateral delts and arms (for most) won't be getting adequate stimulation from simply performing compound movements.

Same for either chest, delts or tris, people seldom have a perfect balance of these muscles when benching

Some will grow massive triceps, others are pec dominant pressers

You can vary grips to shift emphasis but again you'd be best served to simply address your weak link separately.

Up to you though, could always approach everyone backward so they only see your best bits.

You gotta drink a gallon of milk each day

Progress on your compound lifts

Stay away from cardio. Don't even jog if you're in a rush as you don't wanna loose gains

Keep watching athleanX on YouTube

You got potential brah

Come back in 4 weeks
