Hope for wristcels?

One thing i have noticed with arm wrestling professional competitors is that they have disproportionately massive forearms and hands compared to the rest of their frame, especially this german armwrestler. Look how big his competitive arm is in mass compared to his normal one, i thought that there wasn't much you can do in that latter of your forearm, wrist, and hands since there isn't much muscle tissue there?

maybe its not over for us sub 7 inch wrist subhumans, i need to know these guys routine.

Bruce Lee had 6.5” wrists and there was a power lifter with wrists that size who broke records in bench press.

That first guy has a deformity. That's why his arm is like that.

But yes, you can increase the size of your wrists, finger thickness, forearms, etc. to an extent. I did with mine. I used to be able to wrap my thumb and middle finger around my wrist and have my thumb cover my middle finger nail in college before I lifted, now I can't even touch them.

I've done quite a bit of forearm and grip training over the years and it helped immensely.

Here OP since you asked I'll just post here.

I made this thread the other day about getting bigger and thicker forearms. This was one routine I did based off of Bill Pearls Fabulous Forearms
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...post1614249061

Some other things I recommend that I did are pretty cool to throw in a couple times a week.
-Fat grips with everything arm related
-Farmer carries heavy
-Farmer carries light with fat gripz
-Towel pull ups/towel lat pulldowns
-I used 3 small gym towels combined and looped it through a heavy kettle bell and did curls. Good finisher exercise. Remove a towel(s) for drop sets
-Superset heavy hammer curls with zottoman curls with fat grips. When coming down from the curl, do it slow and controlled
-Any type of hanging
-I used to use sand a lot for finger movements
-Wet a big towel and wring it out until no water comes out. Repeat

All those add up. Reps get you bigger and thicker tendons. Test your strength once and a while with movements too for fun.

Me before ever touching a weight: Notice how skinny my forearms/fingers/wrists are here

Me 5 months no lifting because of covid: Even though I'm smaller now because I'm lazy from covid restrictions, notice my wrist/arm thickness now.

Wish I had pre-covid pics of forearms and fingers. They were getting pretty nuts in size. Started to look funny because my biceps/triceps are small in comparison to the rest of my body.

There is something to be said about “holding weight”

When I do rows and such I hold as long as possible
