Smoking meat with bad Air Quality Index

I'm in California next to a wildfire. No imminent danger warnings, but we should be prepared.


Is it a bad idea to do low and slow bbq?

AQI was around 125 a bit ago, but just checked and it's like 101.

probably would just add some nice natural smoky flavors. smells like a bonfire when i walk outside in morning lul
