Working at a supplement store i can confirm this is as good as it gets here in AU (plus ZMA). Unless your in Sydney, ive heard if you go to some shops on oxford street you can get some under the counter chit lol

Also add lots of good fats to your diet (nuts, avocados, olive oil, salmon etc)
