Is this a baller house on a budget?

Looks good to me, tons of potential left on the table. It actually has character compared to your normal everyday rotter house. Would make the 3rd story my master bedroom HNNNNGG. Just needs more land as the neighboring houses are too close.

Weird looking house but it looks like it has potential.

Kitchen looks small, would open it up to the dining room.

3rd floor master would be cool but no bathroom up there.

Cities are like that and I hate it. Would have to move to the south somewhere to get plentiful land. Or maybe in the suburbs.

Honestly man, its a cool house, especially with that 3rd floor. Its the biggest on the block and the price point actually seems good. 82 saves in 2 days, they probably have 5+ showings lined up with people who are willing to make offers today.
