Home security system recommendations

Hey miscers

I want a home security system that doesn’t require WiFi/internet. So I guess a hard drive system. 4 cameras minimum, including a couple exteriors. Actually, this will be in an unheated / not a/c space......so I guess all exterior cams.

What would you guys use?

Would a hard drive survive in hot as fukk/cold as fukk conditions?

Cameras are pointless. What will you do if someone breaks in while you’re gone? Get adt or something.
