So you're saying if you're driving on that highway when you have to pull over, you can tell them "no thank you I don't want to do it" and they'll be like "oh ok alright have a good day"

"The multi-agency effort will involve the closure of the freeway in both directions from 7:30 a.m. until 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 1 and Thursday, Sept 3, officials say."

lmao that is going to suck fukin balls for traffic. do that chit on a weekend. those that dont know H3 runs a tunnel through a mountain to connect both sides of the island, you will have to go all the way over to the smaller through roads, its going to suck balls those days.

One time the H2 highway got shut down and it took me like 45 minutes to travel 2 miles and I didnt even use the H2 highway, the chit just backed up from the onramps into my way.

They could just use the stadium parking lot to do testing for people that one to get tested, there is no reason to close down the fuking highway, the local government there is run by morons.

They closed down the hiking trails, you cannot hike solo because of the "covid risk", that is fuking retarded. You can only go to the beach to go in the water, people are bringing beach chairs and park them out in the water to sit because its illegal now to sit on the beach because of "covid risk". that is fuking stupid.

We got put on lock down a few days ago again. So no traffic at that time, and there is alternate routes.

Did your dumbass actually read the article? I live in Hawaii, they're not doing mandatory testing. The only bullchit thing they're doing is requiring a 14 day qaurantine to visitors and residents flying in which has killed tourism here.

IDK I dont live there anymore, not everyone can just not go to work, lots of people still have to work so it seems bad to have H3 shutdown during commute times and with the people off work driving out to be tested, but idk what roads look like during rush hour there these days.

their local leaders have always been retards. They got a massive deficit now this budget year, no real plan to fix it, what are they going to do raise taxes on people out of work.
