Bad posture bros...what can be done to fix?

Is it really even possible? After decades of having bad posture, how can you effectively correct it?

Specifically, keep a straight back.. i dont realize i have bad posture until i see myself in pics and my back is curved and looks weird. FML

I made a few posts here that might help you
https://forum.obnoxiousbrutes.com/showt...1&p=1614920531

What helps most people is banded face pulls multiple times a day so that you have your rear delts pumped with blood all day
Stretch your pecs and try to focus on back training for a while till you have it fixed

train lower back. usually a weak lower back makes you hunch to relieve pressure.

Just type Soliosis treatment excercise - there is an asian poverty looking dude that teaches some decent techniques. Also before doing so - do an XRAY to see at degrees is your curvature. Good news - you might end up gaining height if you are able to fix the curvature.

Be sure to keep balance in your school/office life with your physically active life. Imbalances will fuark you over & cause injury.

Then you miss workouts, then you miss gains.
