Low T - Just found out it's me.

Until about 27, I never had an issue with it or any of the associated symptoms. As I've been training this year I started taking stock of how I was feeling and the lack of results. Have taken several blood tests. Here is the consensus.

Total T: 380 ng/dl
Free T: 9 ng/dl
Estradiol 38 ng/dl

Help. Need a solution. Im not accepting this lying down. I know about when my hormones got out of whack, was a ****ty time professionally/emotionally. Yall throw me some advice.
