My pic is from about 2 years ago but I still look mostly the same. I've gained 10lb, probably a couple percent bodyfat.

Past... of course... but I make it a point to hit single digit BF% at least once every summer. I just dont feel the need to update my Avi every time I do it... while I have gained some LBM since that pic was taken it all cuts down about the same... so meh!!

Mine is old AF. I easily look better now but I don't really care anymore about uploading a new avi. For one, misc is almost dead so who cares. Two, you'd be surprised how much I don't remember a miscer from his name but immediately recognize his avi.

Not as big as that anymore because lockdown happened at a time I wasnt regular with the gym due to just enjoying life/dealing with injuries... But back in the gym and currently trying to get back to that level and beyond though, so should be fun.
