Do y'all get cranky while cutting?

Been on a 9 month cut since 2020, lost 30 lbs and it's starting to get harder. I've noticed that my mood is generally pretty low and I'm really cranky/stressed out sometimes. I just regrettably lashed out at someone for something so trivial. Do y'all get this feeling when cutting for long periods of time?

For your pleasure

Absolutely. I dropped down from 170 to 145 and was a nightmare. Something would change in me around 2pm and I would become a very angry individual.

I now keep my deficits really small when I cut in spring, and when I do I only lose about 5 pounds. Dat dere natty treadmill.

My deficits aren't that low, only around 600-700 cal/day deficit but this has been dragging on for 9 months and I'm just mentally exhausted. Catching myself have bad thoughts here and there. Think I'm going to drop my deficit down to 500 cals. Thankfully I only have around 10 more pounds to go and I started doing weekly bloat re-feed days so that helps for a while

Prolonged cuts aren't good (apparently but I'm no scientist). Some people say a few months max so your metabolism doesn't collapse. Also good for your sanity.

Its winter anyways, phuck cutting its fall!
