Question on fasting

Friend wants me to go on a seven day fast to help me lose the covid fat.

Is this really necessary?

Can I survive this?

7 days?! Yes, you're going to lose weight but your metabolism coming out of that is going to be focused on packing on weight as fast as possible.

PSMF is better than a no food fast.
When it comes your time to die, be not like those whose hearts are filled with the fear of death, so that when their time comes they weep and pray for a little more time to live their lives over again in a different way. Sing your death song and die like a hero going home.

Unnecessary and longer than 3 days isn’t recommended without medical supervision especially if it’s your first fast. Connor Murphy went 40 days so you’ll likely live if you do your research.
See you tomorrow

Evidently the first thing I’d be consuming in seven days is a little fruit and veg. Then meats. And finally barbs

Look at my avi, you see how jacked and tan I am? Imagine that but with a lil more fat around the edges. My clothes are a little tight so I gotta come down a little.

It’s okay! It was a fun as heck summer man!! Trust me!! ;-)
