Schools are being closed by each states individual department of education and department of public health. Trump, and certainly Biden will have no bearing on those decisions unless this entire pandemic was solely a plan to remove Trump from office. If Trump gets removed and suddenly everything goes away, it will be very transparent as to what happened, and that will lead to some very dark days in this country
