Made my boss LOL during a meeting

In a meeting I get up to go take a piss. My boss was on a ramble and asks me where I am going.

I said “I’m going to excrete nitrogenous waste.” And keep walking.

I hear him start chuckling hard. Do you think this will push me closer to a raise? I’ve been planing to say that to him when I found out he was a physiology major.
