Makes Me Cringe How Weak Miscers Are Now

Theres a 3 page thread on the first page because a guy did a 500lb pull. I lifted that in my 1st year at 160lbs

Back in 2015 when miscers actually lifted anything less than a 585 deadlift wasn't even worth looking at (unless you were teen misc). I cringe at 2020 misc srs

Juicing diet gives you strength you don't really have.

lol feelsbadman

Juicing diet prevents the muscle from struggling, so it can actually hold back your development.

lol feelsbadman

Juicing diet can't help fibers that don't exist.

lmao, 2007 join date, not surprised. standards have dropped so much recently. These new miscers find a 4 plate deadlift and 2 plate bench elite

Feeling accomplished after hitting 275 for 3 yesterday at 160 bw

I don’t train for 1RM tho. 4 plates should be the standard for anyone who exclusively trains DL for strength

No I could definitely do 3 plates for one but like I said I don’t train 1RM and you didn’t say “for reps” so I believe that’s checkm8

Lol at weighing 160 lbs and hitting a 500 lb deadlift in your first year,

Are you superman?

It took me almost 2 years to hit 420 lbs at 180 lbs bw, notice the difference in the numbers? And I was deadlifting once or twice a week.

Don't lie to me.
