Rate my Friday afternoon cocktail /10

1.0 oz white rum
0.5 oz lillet blanc
0.5 oz aperix. I tried it, a tad heavier than aperitol
0.5 oz lime juice
2 oz pineapple juice
Orange bitters

It’s an Italian liqueur, very similar to aperol but little less bitter and “thicker” in texture so it works well as a secondary mixer and awesome with Kombucha srs.

Lmao, I bought the Blanc a long time ago so been throwing it around. I like the aperix, bit sweeter than aperol, slightly less bitter, I really like it. This particular cocktail tastes like a grapefruit juice.
