What is the deal with Loud talkers?

Idk what has happened to my mom but last couple years I noticed she talks a lot louder than I remember. Its like if she is standing 4 feet away she will talk at me like I'm 20 feet away and it drives me crazy. Especially if we are outside and my neighbors are outside and can hear her. It really gets on my nerves. I've known other people like that too. I had a friend once that was one of the loudest talkers ever. I remember one time he was in the parking lot outside my apartment on the phone and I could hear him talking on the phone from 3 stories up and through a closed window. Wtf is wrong with people?

The worst is when you’re at a large dinner with multiple convos going on, and without fail one moron starts talking way louder making everyone else raise their voice to be heard in their convo and before you know it the whole table is shouting.

they are on par with the people who make noise just for the sake of making noise. my douche****ing neighbor sits outside and makes a huge cough every like 15 mins just for the sake of making noise or some ****

i'm a loud talker at work but it's more for clear communication not having something to prove
