1) Say you're aware of place you likely want. just ask to spend 1 or 2 or whatever nights there prior to deciding. (aka to make sure neighbors aren't booger faces)

and importantly



2) you think you can just move in legit right away? say you pay in phull for entire place idk if that matters to seller but ya would be quick and painless tranny sactions.


would be dope to avoid renting a place when ur buying a place u know?
