Any brahs on EC stack right now?

Am I going to die if I already have somewhat high blood pressure?

Do not underestimate high blood pressure. Rapid, irreversible damage. I would not go for the stims if you do not also address blood pressure.

Appreciate it bro. That's what I'm most worried about. I don't want to get any sort of permanent damage when I know I can cut fine without any supplement (although it will take slightly more effort).

Add in asprin to the stack so you don't die of stroke bruh. EC stack is a bitch on the heart. Its supposed to be ECA stack for cutting without stroke.

EDIT: forgot to mention ephedra is a coagulant, another reason why you want aspirin or another blood thinner in the stack. Best of luck on your cut.

Fuark. I think I'd rather not take it if it's that potentially harmful to your heart. I used to be on it when I was super young (without doing proper research), and it was really effective. But my health deteriorated a little since, and don't think it's worth it at this point.

****s definitely effective, no doubt. But yeah, its a mother ****er due to the stimulant and the coagulant combined.

Don't take to much in the beginning, slowly increase as your tolerance gets higher. Doing a high dosage right off the back will give you one of the worst feelings in the world. srs
Avoid intense cardio or doing a lot of stuff in the heat that'll get your heart racing. It will already feel weird once it kicks in.

Yeah I was setting PRs left and right WHILE losing weight when I was on it, which is another reason why I was so tempted to hop back on it.

I was only averaging about 3~4 hours of sleep though, and I don't think that can be very healthy for your body in the long run Lol.

Yeah I took 25mg and 200lb caffeine once a day for a few days, and 2 x a day, then 3 x a day when I did it a while ago. My training was insanely productive.

EC stack is unnecessary. If you just properly diet, you'll shred all fat on your body.

I occasionally take half a Bronkaid, one caffeine tablet and two aspirin in the morning because I can't stand coffee. My blood pressure is fine, though.

Sometimes I will take a second dose in the afternoon, but I try not to because you build a tolerance to it, then take too much, then have to withdraw.

There is also a Misc internet bro-science theory about long term use causing adrenal fatigue or something, so it's good to cycle off of it sometimes.

I understand it's not necessary, but it is brutally effective at suppressing appetite (for a while) and gives you a crazy training session.

People don’t take it shred body fat faster. They take it because it’s a seriously potent appetite suppressant.

Personally was never a fan. Ephedrine is a hell of a powerful stimulant. Don’t recommend messing about with it purely for vanity purposes.

If you have high blood pressure why would you even think about it? Fukking with your heart is not a smart thing to do.

How high is your blood pressure? You'll likely have some complications in the long run if you dont stay hydrated enough, dont take the Asprin etc? Look into methylsynephrine (bitter orange extract i think) instead. Its similar to ephedrine but not nearly as detrimental

If you have high BP don’t use Ephedra. That’s common sense man.
