I realize how much I have matured
I used to be a real douchenozzle obnoxious “alpha” male but I really have grown and behave more respectable and gentlemanly. The reason I bring this up is I have an ex girlfriend and even though we broke up we are very close. Recently she started dating a goofy dyel type and I was jelly for a minute but I realized that as a mature adult that she has every right to date. I wanted to make sure they knew I was coolio with the whole deal and so I messaged the guy on ********. I just told him “good luck man, I hope everything goes good for you guys.” It definitely feels appropriate being an adult and not some loser immature punk.

Way to completely demoralize the guy. Lol
Also I am not aware. This feels like an aware thread.
The closer we approach the uncertainty of life's ending the more we wish to trade all of the things we have acquired in exchange for all of the things we have lost: wealth for youth, knowledge for fresh curiosity, resignation for hope. We'd trade our wisdom for new experiences, but it is wisdom that will teach us that at the end of the road the only new experience is death.
